By accessing or using the website at cpitravelpteltd.com or engaging the services of CPI Travel Pte. Ltd. ("CPI Travel", "we", "us", UEN 199508123K), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
CPI Travel provides travel planning, booking, and related services including customised itineraries, corporate travel management, group packages, visa assistance, hotel reservations, and ground transport. All services are subject to the specific terms confirmed at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from CPI Travel and payment of the applicable deposit or full fee. We reserve the right to decline any booking request. Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation and amendment policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers.
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change prior to confirmation. CPI Travel is not responsible for price changes by third-party suppliers after a booking has been confirmed and fully paid.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment is required prior to the issuance of travel documents unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Cancellation and amendment fees vary depending on the supplier's policies and the proximity to the travel date. CPI Travel will communicate applicable fees at the time of cancellation or amendment request. Service fees charged by CPI Travel are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
CPI Travel strongly recommends that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. We do not provide travel insurance directly. Clients who travel without insurance do so at their own risk.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports with sufficient validity, required visas, and any health documentation required by destination countries. CPI Travel provides guidance but cannot guarantee visa approvals, which are solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
CPI Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties. Our liability for any claim arising from our own negligence is limited to the total service fees paid to CPI Travel for the affected booking.
CPI Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, industrial action, or acts of terrorism.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of CPI Travel Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
